Antonio Cigliano (locatore privato non imprenditoriale) operates Ca' dei Coppi, an entire home at Via del Cristo, 17, 41014 Castelvetro di Modena (MO), Italia, CIR 036008-AT-00022 · CIN IT036008C2ILBZ2B2F. The house accommodates no more than two adults and, on request, one child who can sleep in the cot provided; no extra beds are available. The lead guest must be at least 18, provide accurate information, and is responsible for all other guests.

The initial submission creates a non-binding request. The host rechecks availability and price and may approve or reject it. After approval, the host sends an offer valid for 12 hours. On the confirmation page, the guest sees the final summary, expressly accepts the terms and cancellation policy, and authorises the stated charge. The contract becomes binding and the booking is confirmed when Stripe reports server-side that the guarantee card has been saved or, if payment is already due, that payment succeeded; a confirmation email follows.

The summary states the host, accommodation, dates, guests, rate, nights, extras, discounts, tourist tax, deposit, EUR total, charge date and method. For confirmations made before the free-cancellation deadline, no charge is made: Stripe saves the card for one charge of the total, scheduled from 3:00 PM 14 days before check-in. For confirmations made within that deadline, the total is paid immediately. The card is not pre-authorised and funds are not held for months.

The guest authorises use of the saved method solely for the single stay and displayed amount. If the automatic charge fails or requires authentication, Stripe provides a new step to complete within 24 hours. Failure to pay by the deadline may result in cancellation for breach and application of the cancellation terms already reached. The host does not receive full card details.

Free cancellation until 3:00 PM 14 days before check-in; a 50% refund of the accommodation price from 13 to 7 days before check-in; no refund of the accommodation price after that deadline.

The full terms on the Cancellation page form part of the contract. No separate Stripe fee is deducted from the refundable amount. If the host cancels because the accommodation cannot be supplied, all amounts received are refunded; date changes require a new availability check.

Check-in 15:00–18:00; check-out by 10:00. Guests must provide documents required by law. Pets, indoor smoking, parties and unregistered visitors are not allowed. Guests must respect quiet hours, neighbours, occupancy, and instructions for access, keys, parking, garden, garage and equipment.

The lead guest is responsible for damage caused by their party and must report it promptly. Problems and complaints should be reported as soon as possible to info@cadeicoppi.com, allowing a remedy. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains unaffected.

Italian law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights and the court having jurisdiction under law. The parties are encouraged to seek a direct resolution before court proceedings.
